Real Fyre G45 Vented Burner

The Real Fyre G45 Vented Triple T Burner is designed to create a fuller ember presentation with active, natural-looking flames. Its Triple T configuration spreads flame across the burner pan to enhance the glowing ember bed while maintaining the traditional appearance of a vented Real Fyre gas log fireplace.

The burner is compatible with most Real Fyre series vented gas log styles and is available in sizes from 16/19-inch through 60-inch. Natural gas and propane configurations are available depending on the burner and control setup, with larger sizes using a heavy-duty grate where specified.

The G45 offers several ways to configure your fireplace. Match-lit systems provide simple manual operation and are available for natural gas applications only. Real Fyre burner systems are also available without a factory-attached control valve, allowing you to pair the burner with a compatible Real Fyre safety control that best fits your installation. For a more complete installation, ANSI-certified burner systems are available with the control valve and regulator pre-assembled to the burner, with manual safety pilot, ON/OFF remote, variable flame remote, and electronic control configurations available depending on the model. ANSI-certified configuration provides a factory-matched burner and control system and helps support proper installation, applicable building-code approvals, performance, and warranty coverage.

G45 vs. G4: The G4 uses a classic single-burner design, while the G45 adds the Triple T-burner configuration to create a larger and more pronounced glowing ember bed. Both offer broad Real Fyre log compatibility, but the G45 is the better choice when a stronger ember presentation is desired.

G45 vs. G46: The G45 offers a wider range of burner sizes and installation configurations. The G46 is a more compact self-contained burner with hidden controls and is designed to use lower BTU inputs while maintaining a lively flame. The G45 emphasizes a broad ember bed, traditional control flexibility, and sizing options up to 60 inches.

This burner must be installed in a properly vented, wood-burning fireplace with a working chimney. The chimney damper must remain fully open during operation, and installation should be performed by a qualified professional.

Warranty: Real Fyre indoor vented burner assemblies are covered by a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser. Valves, pilots, remotes, and other control components carry their applicable control-system warranty terms.
