Two heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel burners deliver a combined 46,000 BTUs across patented Diamond Sear cooking grids for efficient heat transfer and dependable searing. Stainless steel Flavor Grids promote even heat distribution and help reduce flare-ups, while anti-theft cooking grids, warming rack components, and polished control knobs are suited for unattended shared environments. Additional features include a spring-assisted hood, an analog thermometer that reads up to 1,000°F, laser-etched operating instructions, and a one-hour mechanical automatic shut-off timer mounted on the post.
