The Fire Magic A660i-0T4 Aurora Built-In Gourmet Griddle brings restaurant-style flat-top cooking to a premium outdoor kitchen. Its expansive 30-inch x 18-inch cooking surface provides 540 square inches of room for preparing breakfast, smash burgers, fajitas, vegetables, fried rice, and more. The heavy-duty 3/8-inch-thick stainless steel griddle surface is engineered for long-lasting, warp-resistant performance, while the polished Aurora control panel complements other Fire Magic outdoor kitchen components.

Two heavy-duty stainless steel burners deliver a combined 45,000 BTUs, with independent polished back-lit control knobs providing precise two-zone heat control. The 120VAC/12-volt hot surface ignition system supports reliable starts, while a two-piece drip collector trough directs grease through dual ports into the removable drip pan below for easier cleanup. A fitted stainless steel protective cover is included to shield the cooking surface when the griddle is not in use.

Designed for built-in installation, the A660i-0T4 requires a 31¼-inch wide x 23½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout and is available as A660i-0T4N for natural gas or A660i-0T4P for propane. A 120VAC power connection is required for the ignition and back-lit controls, so a nearby grounded, weather-protected outdoor GFCI receptacle should be planned into the island.
