    The Fire Magic grill was, of course superb. However, Grill and Patio takes customer service to a new level. The only two times we've had to call with questions, the Company PRESIDENT returned those calls personally - and one of those was at 10 p.m., his time.

    This kind of personal service is unmatched in the brick and mortar store world, much less on line.

    Wonderful store to do business with!

    As the owner of an offsite catering company and a professional chef for over 20 years I can say that I have finally found a cooking platform that satisfies me in every way. The quality and cooking power of the grills not to mention the superior customer service he has always provided, make grill and patio product line the only I will ever recommend or use. I very rarely endorse anything because so many products fall short in one way or another. However in this case I can say that I feel completely comfortable doing so.

    We needed several parts for the Fire Magic grill at our neighborhood clubhouse. The local dealer who sold and installed the grill 6 years ago was no longer in business. Fire Magic's website did not offer parts but did list their dealers and this is how I found Michelle and Lloyd, the owners of Grill & Patio. Lloyd was very thorough with his questions, the parts were ordered, delivered quickly and installed. End of story? No, a week later Lloyd called to make sure the parts had arrived, were they the correct ones and did I have any questions regarding their installation. For a small parts order, that kind of customer service is almost unheard of today and my hat is off to Lloyd and his team. Thanks Guys!
