Thank you so much for all your help as I try my Echelon 790i rotisserie for the first time for Father's Day. I called Friday you all sent me the manual and then I call again Saturday (from Charlotte,NC) to ask HOW to cook a boneless leg of lamb and you all were unbelievable helpful, specific and PATIENT!! Your directions were so specific for a complete novice like me! I cannot thank you all enough for such superlative customer service!!
